OF THE ALLOSTAPARTNERS.COM WEBSITE
Effective Date: July 03, 2026
Last Updated: July 03, 2026
РАЗДЕЛ 1. ВВЕДЕНИЕ И ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙSECTION 1. INTRODUCTION & WHAT ARE COOKIES
1.1. This Cookie Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") is issued by Allosta Partners SPC Ltd. (RAK ICC, UAE, Registration Number: ICC20231035, Address: T1 11F-10, RAKEZ Amenity Centre, RAKEZ Business Zones, Al Jazeera Al Hamra, P.O. Box 85649, UAE) (hereinafter — the "Company" or "Data Controller") and governs the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies on the website allostapartners.com (hereinafter — the "Website").
1.2. This Policy constitutes an integral and inseparable part of the Company’s License Agreement and Privacy Policy. This document is drafted in strict compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (UAE PDPL) as well as applicable international data privacy standards.
1.3. The User is hereby notified that the Website functions as an interface (gateway) to a complex closed-loop scoring SaaS platform, the Investor Portal, and the Company’s proprietary AI components. To ensure the technical operability of this IT infrastructure, the following technologies are deployed:
- Cookies: small text files stored on the User's device to recognize their browser, maintain active sessions, and ensure cybersecurity.
- Pixels and Web Beacons: microscopic graphic elements integrated into the Platform's code to monitor User actions, record system errors, and maintain an immutable System Audit Trail.
- HTML5 Local Storage: a technology that allows the Platform to cache and store necessary data arrays directly within the User's browser without placing an excessive load on the server architecture.
1.4. These technologies are utilized by the Company for the purpose of continuous user authentication across different layers of the SaaS system, maintaining strict user action logging to prevent fraud, and ensuring a stable session connection with machine learning algorithms, E-agent "Igor" (during Q1/Q2-questioning), and the AI-Avatar module (which requires continuous access to the User's media devices).
SECTION 2. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE
2.1. To ensure data processing transparency and compliance with regulatory standards, all tracking technologies deployed on the Website are classified into 4 (four) strictly delimited categories based on their functional purpose.
2.2. Strictly Necessary Cookies:
These cookies are processed automatically and do not require the prior consent of the User. They are critically essential to ensure the core operability of the IT infrastructure, including secure authorization within the Investor Portal, continuous data logging into the System Audit Trail of user actions for fraud prevention, and maintaining an active, stable dialogue session with E-agent "Igor" during the Q1/Q2-questioning process. Without these cookies, the operation of the SaaS platform is technically impossible.
2.3. Functional Cookies:
This category of cookies is utilized to remember individual settings and User configurations upon return visits to the Website. They record the selected interface language and the specific system role of the user (Investor or Asset Owner). This optimizes the user experience and eliminates the need to re-configure parameters during each scoring cycle or upon activation of the AI-Avatar module.
2.4. Analytical/Performance Cookies:
These cookies collect strictly anonymized and aggregated statistical data regarding the nature of User interaction with the scoring system. They record technical API errors, Investment Tizers loading speed metrics, and network connection stability. The acquired information is used by the Data Controller solely to enhance the performance of machine learning algorithms and optimize the Website's architecture.
2.5. Targeting/Marketing Cookies:
These trackers are used by the Company to evaluate the conversion rates and effectiveness of external digital advertising campaigns across the global network. Their specific purpose is to analyze the relevance of marketing materials and traffic sources aimed at sourcing distressed assets (special situations) for subsequent AI analysis on the Platform.
SECTION 3. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES & INTEGRATIONS
3.1. The Website utilizes software solutions, scripts, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) provided by third-party providers (hereinafter — "Third-Party Providers") to ensure seamless analytics and synchronization of the Company's internal business processes.
3.2. The Website may deploy third-party cookies from web analytics services (specifically, Google Analytics), external CRM systems (including AmoCRM), and specialized infrastructure APIs necessary to facilitate seamless two-way synchronization between the Website's interface and the Company's closed-loop mobile or web applications.
3.3. The User is hereby notified that Third-Party Providers collect, aggregate, and process technical data through their cookies independently of the Data Controller, governed solely by their own privacy policies and cookie usage terms.
3.4. The Company has no direct control over third-party cookies, does not monitor them, and disclaims any liability for data processing practices, cross-border transfers, or security measures implemented by such third parties. The User is strongly advised to review the privacy policies of the respective Third-Party Providers to understand their tracking practices.
SECTION 4. DURATION & RETENTION
4.1. All cookies and similar tracking technologies utilized on the Website are differentiated by their retention periods and lifespans into 2 (two) primary types: session cookies and persistent cookies.
4.2. Session Cookies:
These cookies are temporary and are automatically deleted upon the User closing the browser tab, terminating the current web session, or forced network disconnection. The deployment of session cookies is critically essential for maintaining information security, verifying data integrity during the AI-scoring process, and preventing unauthorized session hijacking.
4.3. Persistent Cookies:
These cookies remain stored within the local memory of the User's device after the browser is closed. They are designed to facilitate automatic User authorization upon return visits to the Investor Portal, maintain the System Audit Trail, and ensure the long-term retention of selected interface settings and system roles.
4.4. The maximum retention period for persistent cookies on Users' devices is 12 (twelve) months from the date of their last activation or recorded visit. Upon the expiration of this period, persistent cookies are automatically deactivated, requiring a renewed consent request. The User reserves the right to manually delete persistent cookies at any time via their browser settings.
SECTION 5. HOW TO MANAGE AND DISABLE COOKIES
5.1. The User has the right to independently control and configure the usage of cookies on the Website. Management of privacy preferences can be executed either via the interactive Cookie Consent Banner, accessible upon the first visit to the Website or upon withdrawal of consent, or by modifying the privacy configurations of the utilized web browser.
5.2. The User may configure their browser (including, but not limited to: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) to completely block the acceptance of cookies, reject cookies from Third-Party Providers, or receive notifications prior to the installation of each new tracker. Procedures for cookie management are detailed within the official help documentation of the respective web browser.
5.3. The Company hereby notifies the User that disabling, blocking, or deleting the "Strictly Necessary Cookies" category will result in the automatic and immediate termination of the active web session, a complete block of access to the closed loop of the Software Complex (SaaS platform and Investor Portal), critical malfunctions within the AI-Avatar module, interruption of the Q1/Q2-questioning process by E-agent "Igor", and the utter technical inability to record, verify, and confirm investment allocations. The Company disclaims any liability for damages or system failures arising from the deactivation of strictly necessary cookies by the User.
SECTION 6. UPDATES & CONTACT INFORMATION
6.1. The Company reserves the unconditional right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, alter, or update this Policy at any time without prior or personal notification to the Users. Such updates may be driven by modifications to the IT infrastructure, updates to AI components, or requirements of the applicable UAE laws (UAE PDPL).
6.2. Any revised version of this Policy shall become effective immediately upon its publication in open access on the Website. The User’s continued use of the Website, the Investor Portal, or completion of scoring following the publication of changes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the updated version of the Policy.
6.3. Users are strongly encouraged to independently and regularly review this web page to track the current version of the document. The date of the last Policy update shall be indicated at either the top or the bottom of the document.
6.4. For all legal and technical inquiries related to this Policy, the use of tracking technologies, the operation of the System Audit Trail, or data transmission by AI tools, the User may direct an official request to the Data Controller at the following email address: partners@allosta.com.
